' This letter submits the Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary Report for the James A.

FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (Commercial Service Date: July 28,1975) as required by Article IWA-6230 of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code. The report i

provides a summary of the ISI examinations conducted during the 1996 Refuel Outage (Reload 12/ Cycle 13). The report also provides information regarding the operating status of the feedwater nozzle Leakage Monitoring System, and the measured leakage for the feedwater nozzles, in accordance with the commitments in the referenced letter.

b Application for relief of components that received a limited examination which does not meet the criteria of Code Case N-460 will be submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 4

50.55a(a)(3)(ii) under separate cover.
