. Pursuant to 10CFR50.54(F) and in accordance with Generic Letter (GL) 89-10, item m, the Authority provides the required notification that the committed programmatic actions taken

to address items a through h of GL 89-10 have been implemented at FitzPatrick. All committed actions have been completed and the valves are set up to achieve design basis operating requirements. The Authority continues to review new industry information to identify appropriate longer term operating margin enhancements.
