Dear Sir:
The NRC accepted (Reference 1) the Authority's response to the SBO program and requested notification upon completion of program upgrades and modifications. The Authority committed (Reference 2) to complete modifications to the power supplies for both Reactor Core Isolation Cooling (RCIC) encksure fans and the Monitoring Analysis Panel (27 MAP) instrumentation during the April 1994 maintenance outage.
Installation of the power supply modifications for both RCIC enclosure ventilation fans, and the 27 MAP instrumentation, was completed on April 26,1994.
Installation of these two modifications completes all of the actions required by 10 CFR 50.63 " Loss of All Alternating Current Power." If you have any questions, please contact Mr. J. A. Gray, Jr.
