Reference 1 transmitted Amendment 203 to the FitzPatrick Technical Specification which, on one page, inadvertently re-inserted one of the specifications deleted by Amendment 200. Attached to this letter is revised Technical Specification page 162a which incorporates the changes associated with both Amendments 200 and 203.

Please reissue the attached page as part of Amendment 203.
