l The Authority is submitting Revision 6 of the FitzPatrick Second Interval inservice Testing -
(IST) Program. This revision supersedes Revision 5 in its entirety (Reference 1). Revision 6 contains changes which address the six open relief requests or " anomalies" identified in the NRC Safety Evaluation (SE) for Revision 5 of the program (Reference 2). Attachment I
- summarizes the anomalies and the Authority's response. Two relief requests have been withdrawn (anomalies 6 and 22), two have been revised to adopt the NRC staff position in the SE (anomatics 4 and 25), and two have been revised to include new information for consideration by the NRC staff (anomalies 5 and 21). Revision 6 also includes editorial -
improvements and changes which reflect plant modifications. The complete IST Program, Revision 6 is included as Attachment 11.
The NRC staff requested that tne Authority provide a description of the process used in developing the scope of the IST program (Reference 3). This description is provided in Attachment Ill.
