SUBJECT:
James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-333 Relav Room CO, Sunoresalon System
Dear Sir:
4 The Authority completed a discharge test of the CO, System in the Relay >
Room. This system was declared inoperable because the concentration of CO, _
in the Relay Room did not reach the required concentration during the test. This -
was due to inadequate venting of the Relay Room.
An action plan was developed which describes the various tasks that will be performed in order to restore the system to operable status, it includes the e information which the Authority is required to submit by Technical Specification
- 3.12.C.2. This action plan is provided as Attachment 1.
l If you have any questions, please contact Mr. J. A. Gray, Jr.
Very truly yours,
! k^ $
Ralph E. Beedle.
