The New York Power Authority has revised the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant
- Security Plan to implement the requirements of 10 CFR 73.56, Access Authorization Rule. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan. A description of the changes is enclosed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p) (2),
. In accordance with 10 CFR SOA (b) (4) four sets of attachments, which consist of the Summary of Changes and the revised plan paragraph and page, are enclosed with this letter.
These enclosures are considered Safeguards and proprietary information in accordance
- with 10 CFR Parts 73.21 and 2.700 (d) (1)._ Please inventory the contents of this letter and return:
- the Document Receipt Form to.Mr. William F. Harrington, Director of Security, Safety and Fire
