In response to a recent Notico of Violation (Referenco 2), the Authority committod to conduct an engincoring basolino inspection of mechanical and cloctrical ponotration soals during the next firo barrior survoillanc.. This baselino inspection will confirm and document the prosonco of throo hour rated ponotrations in toquitod fire barriors and sorvo as a basis lor futuro inspections. Since those inspections at0 idontical to those nocessary to satisfy long torm actions ll.F.2.a, ll.F.2.b and X.C.3, the Authority is combining those commitmonts and will comploto them in accordanco with tho sci,odulo bolow (e.g. 30 days after startup from the 1993 rofuct outage).
