Revised Implementation Schedule for Procedure Revisions
REFERENCE:
NYPA letter, J. C. Brons to NRC (JPN-89-060) dated September 8, 1989 regarding DCRDR implementation schedule.
Dear Sir:
The Authority is rescheduling the completion of revisions to the FitzPatrick plant operating procedures until August 31,1991. These revisions are part of FitzPatrick's Detailed Control Room Design Review (DCRDR) resolution program and were previously scheduled for completion by April 30,1991 (Reference 1). The purpose of the revisions
'is to make the terminology and abbreviations used in the procedures consistent, Of the 1300 procedures included in this phase of the program, only about sixty procedures still need to be revised. All sixty have been reviewed and the required changes identified. The three month extension is necessary to retype and review the
= procedures, and to obtain Plant Operations Review Committee approval of the changes.
The extension will have no affect on plant safety since the changes are editorial in nature.
