Revisions to the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan are being submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
Specific details concerning the changes are contained in enclosures titled Background Information, Summary of Changes, revised plan paragraph and page, and JAFNPP Plot' Plan (Figure 4).
The enclosures (4 sets) are identified as Safeguards Information and proprietary information in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 2. 790(d) (1).
