Dear Sir:
The New York Power Authority has revised the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan to enhance the requirements of 10 CFR 73.55. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan. A description of the summary of changes is enclosed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (p) (2).
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 (b) (4) four sets of attachments, which consist of the Summary of Changes and the revised plan paragraphs and pages, are enclosed with this letter.
These enclosures are considered Safeguards Information and are proprietary in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 and 2.790 (d)(1). Please inventory the contents of this letter and return the Document Receipt Form to Mr. Thomas H. Teifke, Security / Safety / Fire Protection Manager for the New York Power Authority.
