FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAF) submitted an interim report in accordance with 10 CFR 21.21 (a)(2) (Reference).
This letter is being provided to update the status of the interim report and the completion of the evaluation. The condition discussed in the Reference was evaluated to not cause a substantial safety hazard based on its potential effect on safety functions at JAF.
Therefore, this condition is determined to not be reportable in accordance with 10 CFR 21.21.
