- Security Manager Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) has revised the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAF) Physical Security Plan (PSP) in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p){2). Revision 17 was effective on April 29, 2018.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), the revised PSP (Revision 17) is included as with this letter. The Attachment contains a summary of changes and contains a 10 CFR 50.54(p) evaluation of the changes.
The Attachment, Enclosure 1, and Enclosure 2 contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.2. Exelon, therefore, requests that the Attachment, Enclosure 1, and Enclosure 2 be withheld from public disclosure.
NOTICE: Only the Attachment, Enclosure 1, and Enclosure 2, Physical Security Plan and its Appendices, contain "Safeguards Information". Upon separation of the Attachment, Enclosure 1, and Enclosure 2 from this letter, this page becomes "DECONTROLLED".
