The documents enclosed with this letter are changes to the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant's (JAF) Emergency Plan made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q). This transmittal fulfills the requirements of 1 O CFR 50.54(q), 10 CFR 50 Appendix E Section V, 10 CFR 70.32(i), and 10 CFR 72.44(f) to inform the commission of changes that have been made which do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.
