Dear Sir or Madam:
On February 27, 2007, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted the Fourth Inservice Inspection Interval (ISI) Inspection Program Plan (Reference 1) for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAF). Reference 1 incorrectly stated that the end of the Fourth ISI Interval is December 31, 2017, vice December 31, 2016. This error was promulgated into the NRC Safety Evaluation dated February 22, 2008, regarding Relief Request No. 3 (Reference 2).
The error was discovered by Entergy engineering staff on May 16, 2013, and communicated with the NRC via teleconference on the same day. As discussed on the call, a letter describing the typographical error is being submitted to the NRC. This error has no adverse effect on the implementation of the ISI program and has been entered into JAFs corrective action program.
Should you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Mr. Chris Adner, Licensing Manager, at 315-349-6766.
This letter contains does not contain any new regulatory commitments.
Sincerely, Chris M. Adner CA/jo cc:
