Dear Sir or Madam:
Entergy has revised the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Physical Security Plan (PSP) in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). This revision is a general re-write of the PSP to implement the new requirements, of 10 CFR 73.55, which became effective on March 31, 2010.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), the revised PSP is enclosed with this letter (Attachment 1). contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.2. Entergy, therefore, requests that this attachment be withheld from public disclosure. Please inventory the contents of this letter and return the Document Receipt Form to Mr.
