Dear Sir or Madam:
Entergy has revised the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Physical Security Plan (PSP) in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). The description of the Vehicle-Barrier System (VBS) in Section 6.1.1 has been revised to be consistent with work performed to implement the revised requirements of 10 CFR 73.55 and Figure 20.3, Vehicle Barrier System Layout Plan, was revised to illustrate the changes.
Since changes previously submitted under Revision 5 resulted in repaginating the Physical Security Plan, this submittal provides a complete copy of the repaginated document.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), the revised Plan paragraphs and pages are enclosed with this letter (Attachment 1). contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21(e). Entergy therefore requests that this attachment be withheld from public disclosure. Please inventory the contents of this letter and return the Document Receipt Form to Mr.
