Dear Sir or Madam:

Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc., (Entergy) submitted Relief Requests for the James A.

FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Fourth In-service Testing Interval on April 11, 2007 (Reference 1). Subsequently on November 27, 2007 the NRC approved the use of Relief Request PRR-01 (Reference 2). Entergy has determined that the relief provided by PRR-01 is no longer required and the required testing can be performed as described in ASME OM Code of record for the Fourth Interval Inservice Testing Program. Therefore, Entergy is withdrawing Relief Request PRR-01.

There are no new commitments made in this letter.
