Entergy has revised the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Physical Security Plan (PSP)in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). This revision incorporates James A.

FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plants commitment to NEI 03-01 revision 2 as endorsed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on December 11, 2008 in their letter from Richard P. Correia to Chris Earls of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). An editorial change was also made to correct an improperly referenced section number.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), the revised Plan paragraphs and pages are enclosed with this letter (Attachment 1). In addition a CD-ROM containing an electronic copy of the PSP with the changes incorporated is included with this letter as Enclosure

1. contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21(e). Entergy therefore requests that this attachment be withheld from public disclosure. Please inventory the contents of this letter and return the Document Receipt Form to Mr.
