Dear Sir:
Entergy has revised the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Physical Security Plan (PSP).
This revision includes a revision to Plan Figure 20.3 to reflect the as built configuration of the outer ring of the vehicle barrier system and implementation of the guidance in Security Frequently Asked Question (SFAQ) 05-03. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan. A description of each change is enclosed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), the revised Plan paragraphs, pages and figures are enclosed with this letter (Attachment 1). In addition a CD-ROM containing an electronic copy of the PSP with the changes incorporated is included with this letter as Enclosure 1.
Attachment I contains Safeguards Information as defined in 10 CFR 73.21 (e). Entergy therefore requests that this attachment be withheld from public disclosure. Please inventory the contents of this letter and return the Document Receipt Form to Mr. Jonathan LaPlante, Security Manager, James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant.
