IMC 0308 Attachment 6, "Basis Document for Security Cornerstone of the Reactor Oversight Process." Update to reflect changes in FOF inspection program. Additional updates made to reflect addition of SGI storage verification to IP 71130.02, remove IP 71130.06, add firearms preemption authority to IP 71130.07, update revision history of IP 71130.09, and add IP 92707. Other editorial changes made.
IMC 0609 Appendix E Part II, "Force-on-Force Significance Determination Process." Revised in accordance with SRM-SECY-17-0100 and SRM-COMSECY-19-0006 to reduce the number of NRC-conducted FOF exercises from two to one. This revision was a complete rewrite. This revision included a determination that this IMC is no longer Official Use Only - Security-Related Information.
