REMARKS:
IMC 1248 Appendix F, "Training Requirements and Qualification Journal for Decommissioning Inspectors," was revised to reflect updates in the overall decommissioning reactor inspection program and to reflect changes made to the core and discretionary IPs. Specific changes include: 1) Splitting the manual chapter into basic and technical qualifications; 2) Adding reactor and materials technical tracks; 3) adding technical topics commensurate with risk significance; and 4) deleting old references and adding new guidance.
