THREE MILE ISLAND, UNIT 2, INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION, PHYSICAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS FOR INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATIONS INSPECTION REPORT 07200020/2019401
Dear Mr. Zimmerman:
On September 11, 2019, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an inspection at your Three Mile Island, Unit 2, Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Facility (ISFSI). The NRC inspector discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. Steve R. Ahrendts, NRC License Facility Director, Department of Energy-ID, and other members of your staff. The results of this inspection are documented in the enclosed report.
The NRC inspector did not identify any findings or violations of more than minor significance.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice and Procedure," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
