October 2, 1985, and in accordance with the'NRC Enforcement Policy, 10 CFR
~Part 2,: Appendix C, the following violation was identified.

.L Contrary to the above, on June 28, 1985, the. instrument calibration data

sheets for the pressurizer pressure. transmitters did not include the
-;necessary data.in that the hydrostatic head of water in the instrument

sensing line had not been considered for calibration purposes.
