The figure provided in Enclosure 1 of this memo was originally cubmitted with Westinghouse letter NTD-NRC-95-4506 dated July 13,1995 and was identified as proprietary (See Accession

1. 9507180222). Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-5768 dated August 20,1998, (Enclosure 2),

states that the figure in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it
