SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-002/91-01 This reters to the inspection conducted by Mr. M. E. Hurphy of this office on i
July 16, 1991. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your 1RIGA Mark II Pesearch Reactor facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those enbers of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
Areas examined during the inspection included three open iteris required to be completed prior to fuel loading and start 9p. The inspection consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative recerds, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector. The inspection findings are documented in the enclosed insi:ection repo-t.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were identified.
