The NfC inspector reviewed Section 131f\O of the specif icfltion, which contilined the concrete and reactor tank criteri RPview of the specification indicated that the criteria used wrre referenced from the standard ACl concret(0 corle, such as AC I 3H, 11 Bui l ding Code Requirements for PeinfM'CPrl ConcretP,° and ACJ 301,
