UNIVERSITY OF UTAH - NRC ROUTINE INSPECTION REPORT
NO. 50-407/2014-202
Dear Dr. Jevremovic:
On November 3-6, 2014, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the Commission)
conducted an inspection at your University of Utah TRIGA Reactor Facility. The enclosed report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on November 6, 2014, with you, Mr. Ryan Schow, Reactor Supervisor, and Ms. Karen Langley, Director, Radiological Health Department and Radiation Safety Officer for the University of Utah.
The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to safety and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license.
The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of this inspection, no findings of significance were identified.
