Other Significant Findings A.
Current Findings An inspection at the corporate offices of the Consumerd Power Company (CP) was conducted to review corporate management files.
The intent was to determine whether the subject records indicated situations wherein the licensee may have withheld information which should have been reported to the AEC. No evidence was found which indicated, or suggested, that reportable matter had not been previously reported to the AEC as required.

The inspectors stated that the following CP corporate office files, relative to the Midland Plant, were reviewed:
(1) general informa-tion, (2) correspondence, (3) Project Quality Assurance Services -
Midland Project, and (4) monthly reports.
The inspectors further

stated that no problems were identified during this review, and the results of the review raised no substantial questions. Licensee personnel acknowledged this information.
