On February 12, 201 6, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security inspection at your Donald C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and The inspection covered one or more of the key attributes of the security cornerstone of the NRC's Reactor Oversight Proces The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results which were discus s ed on February 1 2, 201 6 , with you and other members of your staff.
