DOCKET No. 50-312 The Rancho Seco Construction site was visited on November 16-18, 1970 for the purpose of conducting a routine construction inspection. Items reviewed included the construction of "Other Class I Structures" and the QA program for "Other Class I Piping". No significant safety problems or deficiencies

were identified during the inspection.
Satisfactory corrective action has been taken on the deficiency identified during the previous inspection involving spot radiographs taken of welder's i
work on the containment liner. As in this case and others, it has been our experience that the licensee has been very responsive to any " observations" i
