Inspection Sumary Insnection on March 27 and 28, 1979 (Report No. 50-294/79-03.
Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection of the approved security plan as it pertains to the protection of SNM; security organi-zation; access control; alarm systems; keys, locks and hardware; comuni-cations; surveillance; procedures; security program review; and protection against radiological sabotage. The inspection involved 13 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector.
Results: Of the eleven areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified in ten areas; one item of noncompliance was identified in one area (Keys, Locks and Hardware, Paragraph 9).
This item is considered to be an infraction, and recurring in nature from the previous securit?-in-spection.
