Insoection Summarv Insoection on April 11 and 12, 1979 (Recort No. 50-264/79-01)

Areas Inspected:

Routine, unannounced inspection of the approved security plan and its implementation relative to the protection of SNM; security organization; access control; alarm systems; key, locks, and hardware; communications; surveillance; procedures; security program review; and protection against radiological sabo-

tage. Additionally, the inspectors reviewed the licensee's correc-tive action relative to three items of noncompliance identified during the physical protection inspection conducted January 10 - 12, 1978.

The inspection involved 32 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.

Results: Of the twelve areas inspected, no apparent items of non-compliance were identified. The three previously identified items of noncompliance are considered closet.
