This refers to the special safety inspection conducted by Ms. T. L. Simmons of this office on February 21 through April 25, 1985, of activities at the Advanced Medical Systems, Inc. London Road Facility authorized by NRC License No. 34-19089-01 and to the discussion with you and other members of ycur staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection report iuentifies areas examined during the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and interviews with personnel.
