Thomas, Chief NMSS, RV SUBJECT: REPORT OF RETIREMENT OF LICENSE NO. 50-21297-01 This memorandum is forwarded in accordance with Policy and Guidance Directive 83-10 Revision License Number 50-21297-01 which expired on April 30, 1988 has been retired by Region Due to budgetary constraints, the State of Alaska, Eagle River was not able to renew License No. 50-21297-01 in a timely manne As the sources are not currently in use, the state submitted an application for a storage-only license to be valid until such time as a new license application can be submitted and approve License No. 50-21297-02 was issued on May 26, 1988 with an expiration date of December 31, 198 R.
