Special, Unannounced Inspection, May 19-21, 1980 (Report No. 50-201/80-Areas Inspected:

Included a special, limited physical security inspection to verify corrpliance with the accepted physical security plan relative to the Security Organization Records and Reports, and Followup to Licensee's Action on PreviousInspectionFIndings.

The inspection involved 16 inspector hours on-site by one NRC inspector.

The inspection was begun during regular duty hours.

Results:

The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the three areas examined during the inspection except for the following item:

Records and Reports - a contract security guard failed to sign in on the Visitor's Register when reporting for duty at the site.
