Jnspection Summary:
Insoection on January 22-25, 1979 (Recort No. 50-184/79-0M Areas Inspected:
Routine, unannounced inspection by regional cased inspectors of the implementation of 10 CFR 73.50 re'ative to:
the Security Plan, Protection of SNM, Security Organization, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Keys, Locks and Combina-tions, Communications, Surveillance, Procedures, Radiological Sabotage.
The inspection involved 48 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC regional based inspectors.
Results: 'Of the ten areas inspected, no items of noncompliance were observed in nine areas; one apparent item of non cmpliance was identified in one area; failure to requalify members of the security force annually, (inft action, Paragraph 2).
