UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN - U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION SECURITY INSPECTION REPORT NO. 050000156/2024410
Dear Mr. Agasie:
From October 7 - 9, 2024, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a security inspection at your University of Wisconsin Nuclear Reactor Laboratory. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility. The enclosed report presents the results of the inspection.
The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security, compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations, and with the conditions of your license. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel. Based on the results of this inspection, no security concerns, or findings of non-compliance with NRC requirements were identified. No response to this letter is required.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs document system (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)).
ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). However, because of the security-related information contained in the enclosure, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d), a copy of the enclosure will not be available for public inspection.
