Routine, unannour.ced inspection of the approved security Areas Inspectag:
plan and its implementation relative to the protection of SNM; security organization; access controls; alarm syste=s; surveillance procedures; security prog am review; and protection against radiological sabotage.
Additionally, the inspectors reviewed the licensee's action on a previous item of noncompliance identified during a physical inspection conducted on June 19-21, 1978. The inspection involved 29 inspector-hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.
Results: Of the nine areas inspected, no items of noncompliance were identified.
