MISSOURI UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY - NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION SECURITY-RELATED INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-123/2015-202

Dear Mr. Bonzer:

From October 20-22, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a security-related inspection at your Missouri University of Science and Technology Nuclear Reactor Facility. The inspection included a review of activities authorized for your facility. Our report presents the results of that inspection.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations, implementation of certain compensatory measures, and compliance with the conditions of your license. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.

Based on the results of this inspection, no safety concerns or non-compliances with NRC requirements were identified. No response to this letter is required.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Section 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, request for withholding, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room). However, because of the security-related items contained in the report, and in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d), the report will not be made available for public inspection.
