Thank you for your letter dated March 24, 1980, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance and deviations which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-123/79-03 for-warded by our letter dated March 3, 1980.
Concerning Appendix A, Item 1, spare badges issued as exposure control to students and personnel at the reactor facility also require sufficient information to complete Form NRC-5.
We will examine these matters during a future inspection. Your coopera~
