Areas Inspected: Routine, unannounced inspection of the approved security plan as it pertains to the protection of SNM, security organization, access control, keys, locks, and hardware, cot::=unications, surveillance, procedures, security program review, and protection against radiological sabotage. The inspection involved 13.5 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector.
Results: Of the ten areas inspected, no apparent items of noncompliance were identified in nine areas; one item of noncompliance was identified in one area (Surveillance - Paragraph 10). This item is considered to be an infraction.
