Thank you for your response of April 1,1998, to our Notice of Violation and Notice of Deviation issued March 4,1998, concerning activities conducted at your University of Virginia Reactor (UVAR) facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection.
