This letter acknowledges receipt of your letters dated May 13 and May 29, 1986 in which you responded to the violations of NRC requirements identified in the -
l subject inspections. Those responses were discussed with yoursel' and Mr. C.
J. Konnerth by Messrs. J. Roth and A. Della Ratta of this office during the week of July 28, 1986. During those discussions, you indicated your intention -
to amend your responses to those violations based upon further consideration of the facts and circumstances involved. We agreed to that course of action.
