On August 29, 1996, Mr. Steven R. Courtemanche of this office conducted a *
safety inspection at a temporary jobsite at the United States Forest Service, Hubbard Brook Experimental Forest, Campton, New Hampshire of activities authorized by the NRC license listed below. Your activities in NRC
,
jurisdiction are authorized by a general license granted by 10 CFR 150.20(a).
i The inspection was an examination of your licensed activities as they relate l to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's regulations and
! the license conditions. The inspection was limited to observations by the inspector, interviews with personnel and selective examination of records related to activities within the NRC's jurisdiction. The findings of the
! inspection were discussed with Ms. Rachel O'Brien of your staff, at the conclusion of the inspection.
l Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules e actice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of thi- letter will be placed in the Public Document Room. No reply to this letter is required.
