Rosik Radiation Safety Officer 150 South 600 East, Bldg. 3 Salt Lake City, Utah 84102 SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 150-00043/94-01 This refers to the routine, unannounced inspection conducted by Mr. Robert A. Brown of this office on May 12, 1994, at a field site in Pinedale, Wyoming. The inspection included a review of records associated with licensed activities at locations within the state of Wyoming, an area under NRC jurisdiction. Activities reviewed during the inspection were conducted under the provisions of 10 CFR 150.20 and the conditions of Byproduct Materials License UT 1800142 issued by the state of Uta The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and the conditions of the licens The inspection included a review of records associated with the use of one portable moisture / density gauge at a jobsite near Pinedale, Wyomin No violations or deviations were identified; therefore, no response to this letter is require In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Roo Should you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact the inspector identified above at (817) 860-810
