Dear Mr. Grimes:

On December 18,1997, Eric H. Rober of this office conducted a safety inspection at the above address of activities authorized by the Rhode Island license listed below.

- Your activities in NRC jurisdiction are authorized by a general license granted by 10 CFR 150.20(a). The inspection was an examination of your licensed activities as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's regulations and the license conditions. The inspection was limited to observations by the inspector, interviews with perrennel and selective examination of records related to activities within the NRC's jurisdiction. The findings of the inspection were discussed with you, at the conclusion of the inspection.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
