This was an announced, reciprocity inspection of a well logging crew working in Gaylord, Michigan, on a new well. At the time of the inspection the crew performing the drilling encountered set backs that delayed the well logging cre The inspector was unable to observe the licensee perform well logging. The licensee demonstrated quality control checks, assembly of the equipment, use of the sources, and source security. The licensee was equipped with a Cs-137 and Am/BE-241 sources to do the testing.
