Dear Mr. Lynn:
This letter refers to your October 8,1998 correspondence, in response to our September 29, 1998 letter and to the telephone conversation of October 22,1998 between you and Mr. Steven Courtemanche of this office. Thank you for informin0 us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
It is our understanding from the October 22,1998 telephone conversation that you have changed your mailing address from 250 Fifth Avenue, Suite 404, New York, New York 10001 to the above address and that the proper regulatory authorities have been notified of the change.
Per your request, we have enclosed the regulations pertaining to the filing of reciprocity found in 10 CFR 150.20 and the regulations pertaining to generallicensees found in 10 CFR 31.5. At the current time, there is no further regulatory guidance available en the above issues. Also, enclosed for your use is a list of Agreement State contacts.
