Subject: NRC Inspection Report 150-00004/2019-003 Troy, Thanks to you and Carl for taking time to speak with me today to discuss my observations from the inspection I conducted on September 11-13, 2019. The inspection was of Alpha-Omega activities conducted under the General License in 10 CFR 150.20, Recognition of Agreement State licenses. The inspection was conducted at the Anchorage Radiation Therapy Center in Anchorage, Alaska. As discussed, during the inspection your staff Ryan Grome and Mark Smith were very knowledgeable of the licensed activities and demonstrated keen attention to radiation safety and the security of radioactive materials. I appreciate the time and professionalism that they afforded to me during the conduct of the inspection.
